To Whom It May Concern: It seems that no matter where you go these days you can almost always run into someone who is involved in Real Estate in one fashion or another. Whether it is buying, selling, building, renting or what have you.  And almost inevitably the question comes up in conversation, “do you have a Real Estate agent?”  “Because if you don’t, I know of a person who……”  But I would like to add one word to the first question stated and that is GOOD.   Do you have a good Real Estate Agent?  As far as we are concerned a good or dare I say Great Real Estate agent is very hard to find.  In my experience with buying and selling I have met three Real Estate agents who I would not only tell people to stay away from, but in all reality, I would tell them to run from.  Which is unfortunate and that is what brings me to 360 Real Estate and David and Priscilla Breck. In the spring of 2003 we decided to put our home on the market with an agent that had been recommended to me by a friend. We met with him twice to list our home and then again when he brought us our flyers, and has never been seen again.  This was our second unpleasant experience that left us feeling like we should just sell our home ourselves because we did not feel like we had the time or energy to go through the process again trying to find another agent.  But in that same thought we did not want to take the time out of our schedules to try to sell by owner. David and Priscilla were the only two agents who brought anyone through our home while it was on the market previously, so I decided to call them.  I was very impressed with their level of enthusiasm and professionalism.  My only concern being that they were a Boise-based real estate team and my home was in Nampa. As time passed I knew this was of no concern.  David and Priscilla came to our home many, many times to visit with us, share advice and let us know of the newest marketing possibilities, along with speaking on the phone nearly every day.  They were able to give us the advice that we needed to have our home shown at least once nearly every day and to get us more than one offer on the table when we were deciding to make the sale final.  I can not speak highly enough of them in a day and age where integrity, ethics, and professionalism seem to be a fleeting value.  My home sold in less than 90 days from signing and now we are starting on our new adventure in Real Estate that will always have the Brecks involved.
